Privacy Policy

When you sign up for job-call alerts, we collect:

• Your email address (required)
• Your home state (optional)
• Which page you signed up from (e.g. /work)
• The date and time you signed up

That's it. We don't collect your name, phone number, address, or anything else unless you choose to share it later.

One thing only: emailing you about high-pay job calls in your watched states. That's the entire reason we asked for your email.

We may also look at aggregate data — for example, "X% of our subscribers list Texas as their home state" — to make product decisions. We never identify individual people in those numbers.

• We do not sell your email to anyone. Ever.
• We do not share your email with contractors, hiring halls, or third-party recruiters.
• We do not run ads in your inbox.
• We do not track you across the web.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.

Your data is stored in a private database hosted by Supabase (a U.S.-based service that complies with industry-standard security practices). It is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the DragUp team can access it.

You can unsubscribe from emails anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send (when we start sending). If you want your data removed entirely from our database, email us at hello@dragup.app and we'll delete it within 7 days.

DragUp does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We may use your browser's local storage (on your device only) to remember preferences like your saved lodging cost in the pay calculator. That data never leaves your browser.

DragUp is intended for adults working in skilled trades. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

If we change anything meaningful about how we handle your data, we'll update this page and email subscribers a heads-up before the change takes effect.
