- There are 748 on Book 1 and 29 on Book 2. Re-Sign is the 10th thru 16th of each month. First-time sign-ins (more than 1 year since last signing Local 11 books) sign the book between 1:30-3:30PM at the Metro office only Monday-Friday. Jobs may be viewed on the website at IBEW11.org. In-person dispatch at 8:30AM and you must sign the day book by 8:00AM to be eligible for dispatch. Current dues receipt and ID are required to take a job call. Most of the calls require that you drug test and have California State Certification. I9 documents are required by Contractors; MAIN DISPATCH OFFICE IS 6023 S GARFIELD AVE, COMMERCE CA 90040.
